The VAT focuses only on the basis of rental value. An insurance RC with AV + CDW are exempt from vat under art º. 9, no. 29 of CIVA.
The pick up of the car must be made between 17:00 and 19:00 from Friday or so, between 09:30 and 13:00 of Saturday. The return between 09:00 and 12:00 from Monday.
